Student Aid Vouchers

1. Student Aid vouchers are to assist with clothing, shoes and health needs. Requests must be made by a school counselor, social worker, psychologist or school administrator.
 
2. EYE GLASSES require a Home Evaluation Sheet (Spanish Version).
